I started my first venture in 3rd grade. Designed my first website in 6th grade, and posted fliers around my home town. Soon after Unicef hired me to provide my DJ services for a black tie fundraiser at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, IL.

DJing and Marketing have always been my two first loves. I strengthened my marketing efforts to enhance my visibility as a Disc Jockey. In the 6th grade I built my first website, designed my first business card and I hustled the Chicago DJ industry anyway that a thirteen year old could. My goal as a marketer was to position myself as an advanced and professional entertainer within my local DJ industry.

Throughout high school… I continued to work the DJ industry in Chicago, but DJing wasn’t the only thing on my plate (besides school). My first priority was to stay on track with the Boy Scouts Of America program. Earning the rank of Eagle Scout was one of the most important accomplishments for my early education. After becoming an Eagle Scout and having been enrolled in scouting since Kindergarten, I extended my involvement for two years by working at the Boy Scout reservation summer camp in northern Wisconsin.

Skipping ahead to my early twenties…. I graduated Champlain College (in Burlington, VT) with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing and Minor is Psychology. During that time, I launched a side project called ‘Church Street DJs’ which helped me apply my classroom experience to the real world.
