DJing and Marketing have always been my two first loves. I strengthened my marketing efforts to enhance my visibility as a Disc Jockey. In the 6th grade, I built my first website, designed my first business card, and I hustled the Chicago DJ market any way that a thirteen-year-old could. My goal was to position myself as an advanced and professional entertainer within my local DJ network. Soon after, Unicef hired me to provide my DJ services for a black-tie fundraiser at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, IL.

Throughout high school, I continued to work in the Chicago DJ scene, but DJing wasn’t the only thing on my plate (besides school). My first priority was to stay on track with the Boy Scouts Of America program. Earning the rank of Eagle Scout was one of the most important accomplishments for my early education. If you’re familiar with or would like to know more about Boy Scouts, I’d enjoy the conversation! After becoming an Eagle Scout and having been enrolled in scouting since Kindergarten, I extended my involvement for a couple of years by working at the Boy Scout Reservation summer camp in northern Wisconsin, Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Scout Reservation.

I earned my education from Champlain College (Burlington, VT) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and a Minor in Psychology. Simultaneously with school, I maintained a personal goal of 3-5 clients per week DJing weddings, corporate gatherings, nightlife, and fundraisers. Plus booking work for other DJs in my network.

My goals for DJing continued post-school. I accepted a social media manager position in the Electrical Wholesale Distribution industry from 2017 - 2022.

I wanted to invest more of my time in the DJ industry, specifically in a marketing or sales role. This is when I accepted a position with Hazan Media Group as their National Sales Manager, selling their digital properties for DJ Life Mag and the DJX Show.

My future plans include furthering my education in the field of marketing and sales.
